How to Cancel a Reservation

If you need to cancel or change a rental request, call us at +1-855-781-8631 or email info@sdcarrental.online as soon as possible. We recommend cancelling at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled pickup time whenever possible.

Cancellation Window

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are generally free of charge
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of pickup may be subject to the rental provider's own cancellation terms
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the provider's policy

Because the final vehicle reservation is made with a third-party rental provider, that provider's specific cancellation policy will also apply and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Our Service Fee Guarantee

Where a service fee applies to our assistance in arranging your rental, we offer the following guarantee: if we are unable to connect you with a suitable rental provider, or if you are not satisfied with our assistance service, our service fee is fully refundable within 7-14 business days of your request.
